## What we collect

The details you enter in a quote request or report: the job, ZIP code, your name, phone or email, and how you'd like to be contacted. We also keep basic technical logs to keep the site secure.

## Who receives it

A quote request goes only to the businesses you tick. Nobody else.

## What we never do

- Sell or rent your details.
- Send your request to a business you didn't pick.

## How long we keep it

Request details are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

## Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you through the [contact page](https://localstandardlist.com/contact/).

## Pass or fail, never paid

A business meets the standard only if it meets every published requirement on the date of its record. Payment does not buy a pass. [How we make money](https://localstandardlist.com/how-we-make-money/)

## No rankings

Businesses that meet a standard are listed A to Z. We don't rank them against each other, and nobody can pay to move up a list. Paid enhanced profiles are labelled.

## Something wrong?
